In honor of the Academy Awards, which are now officially known only as “The Oscars,” “Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight” will celebrate with a special show this Friday, Feb. 22 at midnight on 1580 AM.

Our special guest will be Kyle Branche, professional and private bartender to the stars and the author of “Life Behind Bars, Vignettes Over Cocktails,” which just sold out at Vroman’s bookstore.  Kyle will discuss what it’s like at an Oscars after party in Hollywood, and his encounter with Oscar nominee Sally Field, as well as other Hollywood luminaries.

We’ll also play music that has been nominated for, and won, an Oscar Award.
