Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 13, 2012
Radio host Carolyn Fox’s new broadcast radio show, Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight, goes national this week, in addition to playing in LA and on cfoxrocks.com. This weekly commercial radio show features new music and interviews with the artists as well as bright lights in other areas of the entertainment industry. Fox, who programs the show, says, “It’s like what the Supreme Court Justice said about pornography—I can’t define good music, but I know it when I hear it.”
Listeners who tune in this week will hear a variety of rock, alternative, blues, hip hop, Latin, and country music. Plus, there will be a special on-the-scene interview with movie producer and studio executive Fred Weintraub, to discuss his new book, “Bruce Lee, Woodstock and Me,” and his role in getting the movie “Woodstock” made.
Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight is already on the air in Southern California Saturday nights at 1 AM on 1580 AM. The show is heard over a huge 50,000-watt signal that reaches all of Los Angeles County and half of Orange County.
Starting Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 11 AM, the show will also be heard on WAMD in Hartford County at 970 AM, on WKHZ in the Easton/Cambridge area on 1460 AM, and on WYRE on 810 AM in Annapolis and Baltimore.
The show is also playing 24/7 on the Internet at cfoxrocks.com.
“The show will focus on new music, whether made by stars or unknown artists,” says Fox. “We are excited to share Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight with our new East Coast affiliates and other markets as we expand our syndication network. We’re branching out and bringing new music onto the national stage.”
