Hear Radio Broadcast featuring Jonathan Spottiswoode of Spottiswoode and His Enemies Online

This week, the versatile, witty and always entertaining Jonathan Spottiswoode made an international connection when he joined Carolyn from London to be the special guest on the syndicated broadcast radio show, “Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight.”

Jonathan is the leader of a 7-piece band known as “Spottiswoode & His Enemies.”  As you can see from the attached photo, this ingenious group of musicians is anything but the usual suspects.

On his interview on the show this week, he describes their latest CD, “The Wild Goosechase Expedition” as a documentary of the realities of a band on tour.  Spottiswoode also shares his inspiration for the tunes on the album, including the award-winning song, “Chariot.”   Jonathan is also writing a genre novel, a thriller, which should be very entertaining, knowing his sense of the dramatic.

On this episode of “Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight,” you’ll also hear the music of Macy Gray, Elvis Costello, Arlo Guthrie, Dennis Jones, Michael Koppy, Elizabeth & the Catapult, Malea McGuinness, The Orchid Highway, Mandy Marie & the Cool Hand Lukes, and Jack Tempchin.
