Minnie Driver is our Special Guest Tonight on “Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight”

Oscar nominated actress Minnie Driver is probably best known for her roles in the Screen shot 2014-10-17 at 9.47.17 AMmovies “Good Will Hunting,” “Grosse Point Blank,” “Circle of Friends,” and “Big Night,” or from the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated work on the TV shows “The Riches” and “About a Boy.” But our very special guest tonight on “Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight” was a singer first, and just completed her new CD, “Ask Me to Dance.”

You hear some selections from the new CD, including Minnie’s haunting version of Elliot Smith’s “Waltz #2.”  She’ll also discuss the inspiration behind her album, and what’s next for her musical career.
