For tonight, Carolyn Fox, host of the syndicated broadcast radio show, “Carolyn Fox’s Hollywood Spotlight” has put together a show with a show biz twist. You’ll hear music from composers who write for the movies and television, songs that have inspired movies, as well as the usual eclectic mix.
Plus, special in studio guests who will share secrets of how to have a successful acting career in Hollywood. Tamra Meskimen, who has appeared on TV shows, including “Arliss,” is one of the founders of The Acting Center in Los Angeles. She is joined by her husband Jim Meskimen, who is an impressionist, comedian, and a working actor himself. Tamra and Jim reveal what an actor needs to win an audition and book the job. With a special method that builds the actor’s confidence as well as their skills, they explain what it takes to create and maintain a successful career.
